There's still a lot of work to be done: some formatting,
text proofing, graphics and illustrations to add to the later chapters.
That work will continue over the coming months (probably with no update
notices here, sorry)... but the basic text is all here now. There is the
remote possibility of significant textual changes over time, and in that
event I will make note of the changes here.
