Welcome

Chip Howe has been a photographer for nearly 40 years. He retired from the Maine State Police in 2005. While in law enforcement, Chip was trained as an accident reconstructionist and evidence collection technician.  With these specialties, Chip attended many photography workshops, schools and seminars.  Even though his training was technical in nature, his first love has always been in landscape and wildlife photography.
